Comment: It's a great headset, I'm glad I bought it. Wonderful sound quality, volume, battery life, I can walk all around my apartment and no static. My only complaint is that it's a little big and I feel like it could fall off my ear. I recommend it.

Summary: LOVE THIS PRODUCT!
Comment: I had bought a lower end Motorola head set from Amazon thinking I didn't need anything fancy; just to comply with the new hands-free law in California. Well, with the first Bluetooth I bought, I could not hear the speaker and they could not hear me. I was told I sounded like I was in a wind tunnel. So I got back on Amazon and really researched the products this time, realizing I was going to have to pay a little more and get a really good quality head set. This one kept coming up as the one to get for ear volume and reduced outside noise. Amazon accepted my return on the first head set, and I bought this one. I LOVE IT. Another nice feature is that to turn it on and off, you just open and close it. You don't have to worry about holding the button down the right amount of time and not accidently calling your last call. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Summary: Happy with my purchase
Comment: I bought this after looking at most the other comments. Price good. Works well. It is a little looser than I expected, but not too bad. I like how it doesn't have to insert into my ear canal, which is the tradeoff. Linked effortlessly with my phone. I also like how I can turn it off easily by folding the earpiece and unfolding it allows it to automatically link back up with my phone within a couple seconds.

Summary: Good but a little Problematic
Comment: This has been my first bluetooth headset. I have enjoyed the hands-free part and for the most part have had good experience. However, depending on the receiving phone and the angle of the boom towards my mouth, people on the other end have had a hard time hearing me speak. So it seems the boom it particular where it has to be pointed (towards my mouth) or the individual I'm talking to can barely hear me. Otherwise the on/off switch is cool!

Summary: Works Very Well!
Comment: Very simple, sturdy design. I have tried a few headsets and this one is easy to put on, stays put, and sounds great. A couple of times when flipping open the boom to turn on, the unit will connect and then disconnect and will keep doing this until I leave a certain area. Not sure if there are some things that cause interference but not a major issue. Much easier to put on and use than the newer jawbone 2.....also easier to put in a pocket.....not as fragile.
