Summary: not good
Comment: I have been using Norton anti-virus for less than a week. It had an impressive first day, removing a particularly irritating and tenacious bug; otherwise, it's most stunning achievement has been to wipe out my Internet connections, and to provide inadequate instructions for restoring them. Fortunately, I have a family member who can find his way around such problems; otherwise I would have had to spend extra money to pay someone to undo Norton's nuisance. Norton should not be selling a half-developed product.

Comment: I was first introduced to 360 as a beta tester and enjoyed testing the product. I like the ease of installation. I like Norton products and have used them for years. All the companies I have worked for as a ME secured their PCs and networks. Have never been downed by rogues virus attacks.Will never use the other guys.

Summary: Does what it says it will do
Comment: These days, any product that does what it says it will do is a welcome addition to my home. Symantec's Norton 360 does just that, and at a great Amazon price to boot!

Summary: All In One
Comment: One of the easiest programs ever developed. Does the work of a firewall, anti-virus, email spam, internet security and more. Replaced 3 programs and runs real nice in the background. My only complaint is it slows down closing a web window for some reason. Other then that the easiest program to use.

Summary: Don't do auto renewal
Comment: I used this product for a year, and had checked the sutomatic renewal. I cancelled the product, because it's really not worth it, and they still billed me. I'm now into week 2 of trying to get my money back, apparently they can't even access their own records, so I need to recreate their database so they can pay me back. A security firm that steals your money, not a good combination. If you do buy this product, and I'm not sure why you would, DON'T sign up for the auto renewal, you won't be able to stop it.
