Comment: Prior to purchasing my 8 GB iPod, I had a cheap MP3 player. The iPod is so much easier to use. Everything is right at my fingertips. It was a little hard to get used to the wheel at first, but now that I am, I love it. I am very pleased overall with this product.

Comment: Great item. When I first got it the screen worked for a second then went into permanent "sleep". I suspect it had been kinda bashed around by UPS. Anyway, after going back and forth w/ customer service, they had me send the item back. They repaired it and reshipped promptly. I've had no problem since. I appreciated their helpful customer service.

Summary: headphones pretty lame
Comment: While I am thrilled with the nano iself, the headphones are incredibly inadequate. The right one fell apart the 2nd week I had the nano and the left is all static.......very disappointed in the headphones, thrilled with the nano.
